RPA’s Lifetime Leadership Award

Presented to The Hon. James J. Florio, former governor of the state of New Jersey
for his extraordinary record of public service; including 15 years in the U.S. congress, a term as governor of the state of New Jersey, and four years chairing the New Jersey Pinelands Commission. Since 1998 he has also been Vice Chairman of RPA’s Board of Directors and Co-Chairman of RPA’s New Jersey Committee.
